Baan Sailom Resort with only 5 minutes walking distant to Karon Beach and Karon Shopping Street, about 25 minutes to Phuket-Town .
At Baan Sailom all of our bedrooms are complete furnished with color televisions, cable T.V. , refrigerator, and in-room deposit safety box.
We also have a friendly restaurant and coffee house where you can sit, have a drink or maybe a relaxed with your meal that have both Thai and international cuisine.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
During Low season (01 Apr 16 – 31 October 16)
• One night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation is confirmed.
ring High Season (1 Nov 15 – 19 Dec 15 & 01 Feb 16 – 16 Apr 16)
• The hotel requires to 30% deposit for the entire length of stay at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
• There is no refund for any under stays.
During Peak season (20 Dec 16 – 31 Jan 17)
• Minimum length of stay 7 consecutive nights
• The hotel requires to full amount of payment for the entire length of stay at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
• There is no refund for any under stays.
Compulsory Gala Dinner
• Compulsory Gala Dinner Christmas Eve on 24 December 2013 Adult 2,900.- Child 3 – 12 years old 1,450.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner New Year Eve on 31 December 2013 Adult 4,500.- Child 3 - 12 years old 2,250.-
• Compulsory Gala Dinner Chinese New Year Adult 1,200.- Child 3 - 12 years old 600.-
Period of Occupancy
• Confirmed accommodations will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Accommodations used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on the day of departure will be charged at the full room rate
Family plan
• No charge will be applied for children under 12 years , sharing parents’ room utilizing existing bedding, with maximum two(2) children per room. If additional bed is required, one extra bed charge will be applied.
Cancellations
• To notify the resort of cancellation within the minimum period specified hereunder :
• Low Season : 7 days prior to arrival (01 Apr 16– 31 October 16)
• High Season : 21 days prior to arrival (1Nov 16– 19 Dec 16 & 01 Feb – 16 Apr 16)
• Peak Season : 30 days prior to arrival (20 Dec 16– 31 Jan 17)
In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.
Early check-out policy
• For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights plus early check out fee 1 night.
No-show policy
• In the event of no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal 100% for the entire value of the bookings.
